1. Who we are

NC's Voice is operated by Nathaniel Chery (the "Seller", "we", "us"). This website offers original poetry — some free to read, and featured poems sold as digital purchases. By using this website or purchasing a poem, you are contracting with the Seller and you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

NC's Voice lets visitors read free poems, preview excerpts of featured poems, and purchase full digital copies of those poems. Purchased poems are delivered on screen and by email. Nathaniel Chery personally wrote and owns every poem available on this website.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes:

• Using the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or spam-related
• Copying or selling Nathaniel Chery's poems without his permission
• Introducing malware, probing or testing the site's security, or scraping the site in bulk

Original work only

NC's Voice is Nathaniel Chery's personal poetry website. Every poem offered here was written by Nathaniel Chery and is sold directly by him under his own name.

Reporting a problem

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights or breaks these rules, tell us using the contact details on the About Us page. We read every message and take work down where that's the right answer.

When you purchase a poem, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read and keep your copy. All poems remain the property of Nathaniel Chery and of NC's Voice; you may not republish or sell them.

4. Purchases and payments

All poems are sold directly by Nathaniel Chery. Prices are shown on each poem's page before you buy, and payment is collected securely through our payment provider at checkout — we never see or store your card details.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the site, its design, branding, and content. All poems are the intellectual property of Nathaniel Chery. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

6. Service availability

We work to keep NC's Voice available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The site is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the site for anyone who materially breaches these terms, fails to pay, poses a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violates these policies.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
